Data Preparation Menus
At the top of the data recipe canvas, the following menus are available:
Export Data Recipe
Select this to share data recipes between applications and colleagues. This reduces the amount of time required to prepare data recipes.

Click the icon, and select where to save the data recipe.

The file has a .DRCP file extension.

The exported data recipe can be scheduled for deployment in the CSense Runtime Manager.
Change view
The view chosen defines how the details of the dataset are shown. There are four options, listed below. You can also access this feature and change the view of the dataset details by right clicking on the canvas to see the context menu.
Icon

This shows only the icon of the operation category that created the dataset. This icon will be of one of the categories that create a new dataset: Import, Transform, Filter or Combine categories.

Once the dataset has been loaded into the Troubleshooters, it will show a different icon.
Detail

dataset name: Default name is the operation that created it, but it is editable. Double click on the name, and an editing text box will show.

Info

Delete dataset
Only datasets that are not locked can be removed. Delete datasets using either:

Delete button: Click the red cross icon on the menu to remove the selected dataset. If the delete action is not possible, the delete button will be disabled.

Context menu: The "Delete" option is listed on the context menu, accessed by right clicking on the selected dataset. If the delete action is not possible, the delete option will not be listed on the context menu.
Rename dataset
The default dataset name is the operation that created the dataset. This name can be edited.

Rename Dataset button: Click the icon and an editing text box will show where you can rename the dataset.

Context menu: Right click on the selected dataset and click "Rename Dataset". The editing text box will show.
Show/hide operations
This feature hides or shows the list of operations from the data recipe palette.
